Cold Water Exchange for the heating/cooling plant
Frigid water pours out of a culvert here. Holy sweet mother of tim. I caught the 3 largest bass i have ever seen alive here! plus at least 10 others that were smaller, but still fun to catch. 3 over 6 lbs, the rest under 3.Added by: battlewagon98

Never thought the bass in cougar lake/tower lake could get this big. Another person fishing there (the camera man) had a scale that weighed it at 6lbs 8oz.Added by: battlewagon98
